I introduced the SAM Animation Project that is due on the day of the Final. The project is worth a test grade and must show some aspect of projectile motion. The movie below was created by the physics teachers (Mr. Hammack, Mrs. Peters, Mr. Nazari and Mr. Minyard).
By the end of the period students should have generated a problem to animate and completed the calculations required to correctly scale their animated movie.
Students can either complete the calculations by hand, or use Excel. The movie below shows how to use Excel for the calculations.
